Hijaab, Niqaab aur Burqa: Quraani Ahkaam, Aaeeni Azaadi aur Media Debate ki Haqeeqat

Asr-e-Hazir mein ba'az mauzoo'aat ko daanista taur par sansani, ta'assub aur makhsoos bayaaniye ke tehat is andaaz mein pesh kiya ja raha hai ke asal masla pas manzar mein chala jata hai aur fitna numaayaan ho jata hai. Hijaab, Niqaab aur Burqa bhi unhi mauzoo'aat mein shaamil ho chuke hain.
News channels par hone wali taweel bahesain bazahir samaaji islaah ke naam par hoti hain, magar haqeeqat mein aksar Islam aur Musalmaano ke tarz-e-zindagi ko mashkook, mutanazia aur pasmanda saabit karne ki koshish mahsoos hoti hai. Aise mahaul mein zaroori hai ke is masle ko jazbaat ke bajaye Quran, aqal, insaaf aur aaeen ki roshni mein dekha jaye.
Islam mein parde ka tasavvur mahaz ek libaas tak mahdood nahi balki yeh haya, waqar aur akhlaaqi nazm ka hissa hai.
Hijaab ek wasee istilaah hai jis mein sar dhankna, zeenat mein aitedaal aur nigaahon ki hifazat shaamil hai.
Niqaab chehre ka parda hai jis mein sirf aankhen zaahir rehti hain.
Burqa mukammal jism ko dhankne wala libaas hai, jo hijaab ki ek soorat hai, magar hijaab sirf burqa hi ka naam nahi.
Quran-e-Majeed mein lafz burqa nahi aaya, magar parde ka hukm poori wazahat ke saath maujood hai, jaisa ke Surah Al-Ahzab (59. 33) aur Surah An-Noor (31) mein bayan kiya gaya hai, jahan parde ko izzat, shanakht aur tahaffuz se joda gaya hai.
Islam, Aaeen aur Shakhsi Ikhtiyar
Islam ne parde ka hukm zaroor diya hai, magar jabr ka usloob ikhtiyar nahi kiya. Isi tarah Bharat jaise jamhoori mulk ka aaeen bhi har shehri ko mazhabi azaadi, shakhsi ikhtiyar aur masawi mauqaon ki zamanat deta hai.
Yeh pas manzar zehen mein rakh kar agar maujooda bahes ko dekha jaye to asal masla libaas nahi balki libaas ko hadaf bana kar zehen saazi hai.
Hamare mulk Bharat mein yeh ek musallama haqeeqat hai ke aurtain mukhtalif tarz-e-libaas ikhtiyar karti hain, aur yehi tanawwu Musalmaano ke andar bhi maujood hai. Kuch Musalman khawateen hijaab ya burqa pehnti hain aur kuch nahi - yeh sarasar un ka zaati, mazhabi aur aaeeni haq hai. Kisi ek tarz-e-libaas ko taraqqi ya pasmandagi ka paimana banana na aqal ka taqaza hai aur na jamhoori aqdaar ka.
Isi tarah agar koi dukandaar apni dukaan ki hifazat ke liye kuch usool tay karta hai to yeh us ka karobaari ikhtiyar hai. Jo khawateen ya afraad in usoolon se mutabiqat rakhte hon ge woh wahan jayen ge, aur jo nahi rakhte woh kisi doosri dukaan ka intekhab karen ge. Yeh faisla dono taraf se aazadana hona chahiye, na ke dabaao, tanz ya nafrat ke mahaul mein.
Magar yeh kehna ke. agar taraqqi karni hai to hijaab ya burqa utaarna hi pade ga” na sirf aurat ki azaadi par hamla hai balki us ke waqar aur khudmukhtari ki nafi bhi hai. Sawaal yeh hai ke aap kis ikhtiyar se kisi aurat ke libaas ko us ki qaabiliyat, zahanat ya taraqqi se jod rahe hain? Aur aap ko yeh haq kis ne diya ke aap apni pasand aur soch doosron par musallat karen?
Agar koi shakhs khud ko jadeed, taraqqi yafta ya modern samajhta hai, to use chahiye ke woh sab se pehle doosron ke intekhab ka ehtiram seekhe. Kisi aurat ko us ke libaas ki bunyaad par ta'ana dena, use kamtar saabit karne ki koshish karna ya haraasaan karna, darhaqeeqat jamhooriyat aur azaadi-e-izhaar ki rooh ke khilaaf hai.
Jab har shehri ko apni marzi ke mutabiq jeene ka haq haasil hai, to phir hijaab ya burqa pehnne wali aurat is azaadi se kyun mahroom samjhi jaye? Woh bhi isi mulk ki shehri hai, isi aaeen ke tehat jeeti hai, aur isi qanoon ki paband hai. Woh har woh taleem, ohda aur taraqqi haasil karne ki ahel hai jis ka woh khwaab dekhti hai. bashart-e-ke woh mulki qawaneen ki paasdari kare, jo har shehri par yaksaan taur par laagu hote hain.
Jurm, Parda aur Ijtimaai Badnaami
Agar kisi fard ne burqa ya niqaab ko jurm ke liye istemaal kiya, to woh jurm yaqeenan qaabil-e-mazammat hai aur mujrim ko qanoon ke mutabiq saza milni chahiye. Magar chand afraad ke amal ko bunyaad bana kar poore Islam, parde aur Musalman aurat ko mashkook thehrana na insaaf hai aur na diyanat.
Jurm ka talluq libaas se nahi balki niyat aur amal se hota hai, aur qanoon bhi fard ke amal ko dekhta hai, us ke libaas ko nahi.
Hijaab, Niqaab aur Burqa ko baar baar taraqqi ke khilaaf alaamat bana kar pesh karna darasal ek fikri dabaao hai, jis ka maqsad aurat ko us ki shanakht se kaatna hai.
Yeh bayaaniya na Islami taleemaat se mutabiqat rakhta hai, na aaeeni aqdaar se, aur na hi haqeeqi taraqqi ke tasavvur se.
Hijaab, Niqaab aur Burqa koi fashion nahi, na hi kisi par thopne ka aala hain. Yeh imaan, saqafat, waqar aur shakhsi azaadi ka izhaar hain.
Quran ne parde ka hukm diya, aaeen ne mazhabi azaadi di, aur aqal ne insaaf ka taqaza rakha hai.
Asal masla libaas nahi, ta'assub hai.
Asal khatra parda nahi, doghla miyaar hai.
Agar waqai hum ek muhazzab, jamhoori aur insaaf pasand maashra chahte hain to hamein:
Jurm ko jurm rehne dena hoga
Libaas ko libaas
Aur insaan ko us ki azaadi ke saath jeene dena hoga
Yehi insaaf hai,
Yehi aaeen ka taqaza hai,
Aur yehi paayedaar samaaji hum aahangi ki bunyaad.
