"Afkar-e-Wali" is a fine collection of 13 insightful articles on diverse and comprehensive aspects such as the thoughts and character, conditions and effects, services and movements of Amir-e-Shariat Sabe Mufti-e-Islam Hazrat Maulana Syed Muhammad Wali Rahmani Sahib Noorullah Marqadahu wa Burda Mazjahu, one of the leading leaders of India, the Sahib-e-Masnad of his time, the fourth Sajjada Nasheen of Khanqah Rahmani, the true successor of his noble father and grandfather in both scholarly and practical terms, a self-aware and God-aware man, which, like a river in a cup, has been soaked in tears of devotion and love and scattered on the page.
