*Have integrity and never let it go!!*

A businessman became successful through his hard work and became the owner of a very large organization. When he got old, he came up with an interesting way to hand over his work to one of the directors of the organization. He called a meeting of all the directors of the organization and said, "My health does not allow me to fulfill my responsibilities for long, so I want to hand over my responsibilities to one of you. I will give each of you a seed. After a year of planting it, you will inform me of its condition, based on which I will decide to hand over my responsibilities."
After some time, all the directors started praising the plants growing from their seeds, except for Zaid, who was worried. He remained silent and worked harder in the office to overcome his embarrassment. In fact, Zaid had bought a new pot, put new soil in it, added the best fertilizer, and watered it daily, but no plant emerged from his seed.
A year later, the head of the organization again called a meeting of all the directors and asked them to bring the pots in which they had planted the seeds. Everyone arrived at the meeting with pots of beautiful plants, but Zaid, whose seed had not sprouted, joined the meeting empty-handed and sat on a chair far away from the head of the organization. When the meeting started, everyone told about their hard work with the seed and the plant, hoping that they would be made the head.
After listening to everyone's speeches, the head said that one person was missing. Upon this, Zaid, who was hiding behind another director, stood up with his head bowed and said, "Sir, I did what I could, but my seed did not sprout." Some colleagues laughed at this, and some expressed sympathy with Zaid.
After tea, the head of the organization announced that Zaid would be the head of the organization after him. Many in the audience gasped in surprise. The head of the organization said, "I have brought this organization to this point with a lot of hard work and integrity, and there should be a similar person after me, and that is Zaid, who is not only hardworking but also honest. I gave you all boiled seeds that could not sprout. Except for Zaid, you all changed the seeds."
