The Importance of Patience, Good Intentions, and a Positive Attitude in the Service of Knowledge"

Respected Readers and Dear Colleagues;
When you write a research paper, thesis, or article on an important topic, it includes your hard work, thought, experience, and good intentions. Your purpose is to advance knowledge, offer solutions to problems, or guide people. But some individuals, who cannot tolerate the success or influence of others, or who are trapped in their own selfishness, adopt a negative attitude to harm this noble work.
If you say one thing to them, they will say two things back. They will find fault everywhere, especially where it is of no benefit to them. Your article may be on any topic, but if it touches on their misdeeds or interests, they will use it to their advantage.
To diminish the value of your article, they will adopt the following methods:
1. Exaggerating a small matter
If you have stated a problem, they will distort it and share it as if you are opposing a person or group.
2. Presenting a wrong point of view:
If the original article is about knowledge and service, they will present it from the angle of personal interest or their political thinking so that people can be kept away from your message.
3. Influencing outsiders:
They share sentences or quotes that make your point appear wrong or weak so that people lose confidence in you and do not appreciate your efforts.
4. Creating confusion in public:
They spread the article in places where people, instead of reading the original article completely, read it halfway and misunderstand it, thus reducing its importance.
5. Using it for personal gain:
Sometimes they use your content for their own benefit to take advantage of your hard work, but your name or your purpose does not come forward.
The disadvantage of this is that
The credibility of scholarly work is affected.
Confusion arises among people and they miss out on understanding the right thing.
Disappointment arises in the spirit of service.
People hesitate to work with good intentions.
Mutual trust weakens in society.
Therefore, my advice to you is
1. Be patient and tolerant
When someone presents your point in the wrong way, instead of reacting immediately, be patient and clarify with facts.
2. Maintain good intentions:
Respond to the misunderstandings of others with good intentions and the light of knowledge, so that your purpose remains clear.
3. Create helpful circles:
Bring together people who support your knowledge and create a circle that promotes positive thinking and effectively responds to negative things.
4. Advance knowledge:
Strengthen your point with the originality of your article or essay, authentic references, the light of the Quran and Hadith, and research, so that the effects of misrepresentation are reduced.
5. Take recourse to prayer and spiritual peace:
Pray to Allah to grant you steadfastness and accept your knowledge for the benefit of people.
Allah Almighty says
> وَلَا تَسْتَوِي الْحَسَنَةُ وَلَا السَّيِّئَةُ ۚ ادْفَعْ بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ
That is, good and evil are not equal, respond to evil with good.
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
> من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فليقل خيرا أو ليصمت
That is, whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should either speak good or remain silent.
These teachings teach us that the negative words of others should be answered with patience, wisdom, and good behavior, not with anger or rage.

Your article may be on any topic, it includes your passion, hard work, and good intentions. Do not be disappointed by selfish people. With the teachings of the Quran, patience, good intentions, and positive cooperation; continue your occupation in spreading the light of knowledge.
Serving knowledge is a great worship,
Despite negative attitudes, it is our responsibility to advance knowledge.
If your purpose is noble, then Allah is with you, and the reward for those who serve knowledge is very great.
May Allah grant us steadfastness, good intentions, and the passion to serve knowledge. O Allah, make us among the tolerant, make our hearts clean from envy and enmity, and grant us success in doing good and reconciliation among people. Amen.
