In this mortal world, all the nations and religions that have emerged, whether they are Jews and Christians, Buddhists, or Muslims, the means of progress for every nation and community, and the first step to bringing them to the pinnacle of glory, is education and training. The religion of Islam has also given education and training the status of a goal. And why shouldn't it, when before the arrival of our Prophet (peace be upon him), people trapped in the quagmire of polytheism and disbelief were involved in all kinds of superstitions and sins due to the lack of education and training within them, such as drinking alcohol, gambling, adultery, and oppression, etc., were common. And when these same people were adorned with education and training, they replaced oppression and injustice with justice and fairness, and immorality and obscenity with goodness, not only throughout the Arab world but wherever they went. It became clear that ignorance within a nation and community is the root cause of all evil, and education is the means to eradicate it. The question is, what kind of education is meant? Remember that both worldly and religious education are beneficial. Yes, acquiring worldly education to the extent necessary is also an important duty, but religious education has priority because the principle of intellectual correctness, righteousness of deeds, and noble character is impossible without it. Because without education, a person can neither receive good training nor advance their caravan, nor achieve the height of intellect and wisdom. Rather, unfamiliarity with knowledge and wisdom hinders the path to achieving all these things. In short, the progress and decline, prosperity and adversity of nations depend on education, and it is more necessary for women than it is for men because when women are educated, their beliefs and actions will be correct, and the children nurtured in their laps will develop well. Because children receive their first education in their mother's lap, and it is their first school. When a child opens their eyes in this world of color and fragrance, they first encounter their mother, and they try to internalize their mother's morals and character. It is the result of the mother's education and training that Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani became Ghaus-ul-Waqt, Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi became Hakeem-ul-Ummat, Maulana Abdul Rashid Gangohi became Faqih-un-Nafs and the Imam of Sufism, and the world is amazed at their honor and greatness, and a child becomes a robber of time due to deprivation of training. Therefore, organized education should be arranged for women. Today, ignorance has distanced them from God and removed them from worship and devotion, and has engaged them in dancing, singing, and watching movies. It is a pity on men that they arranged secular education for women and put religious education behind them, from which one gets the lesson of humanity, the bad result of which is in front of our eyes. Light the same lamp that will give light, which you have extinguished considering it useless.
