Why are we failing everywhere?
Why are we disgraced?
Have you ever thought about this?
Our past was glorious.
We were successful everywhere.
All over the world,
intelligent,
intellectuals,
thinkers,
wealthy people
used to sit at our feet.
Great emperors
if they sent us perfume as a gift,
we would mix it with mud
and plaster the walls of the mosque.
The most powerful people
hid their faces from us.
If we entered the battlefield,
angels would descend in rows.
Why are we helpless now?
Why are we vulnerable?
Why are we compelled?
Because we did not fully implement the Sharia.
We gave the lesson of
Hubb fi Allah
and abandoned
Bughz fi Allah.
We acted upon
وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ قَوْلًا مِمَّن دَعَا إِلَى اللَّهِ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا وَقَالَإِنَّنِي مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ"
but
left "Uzin Lillażīna Yuqātilūna Bi'annahum Ẓulimū".
We held onto
Kutiba 'Alaykumuṣ-Ṣiyām
and abandoned
Kutiba 'Alaykumu l-Qitāl.
Allah Almighty says:
Afa tu'minūna bibaʿḍi l-kitābi wa takfurūna bibaʿḍ
So in such a situation,
we will probably be disgraced.
Let us pledge that
we will believe in the entire Book of Allah
and act upon the entire Sharia.
