If Allah Almighty did not appoint guardian angels, no one would be safe from the evil of jinn and Satan, because neither jinn nor Satan are visible to humans, and Allah has given them the power to move and walk quickly. Still, some jinn harm humans, either because the human has harmed the jinn, such as unknowingly pouring hot water on the jinn, or unknowingly urinating on them, or unknowingly entering the homes of the jinn. All these things cause the jinn to harm humans, and sometimes some jinn harm humans as an act of oppression even without a reason, just as humans oppress humans. And sometimes jinn cause harm because a human has unknowingly killed a jinn, so the jinn also take revenge and kill him, as it is in the hadith that a young companion pierced a snake with a spear and stuck it in the wall, so the jinn immediately took revenge and killed the companion, so much so that it was not even known whether the snake died first or the young companion died first...
