…🩸 Is this progress or decline? 🩸
It was just yesterday. In the OPD, parents brought their eight-year-old daughter. The girl still had her favorite doll in one hand and tears in her mother's eyes.
What was the complaint?
“Doctor, she has started her periods.” 🩸
Reading this must have shocked you, right?
It didn't shock me, because this has become a daily occurrence in my clinic. At an age when girls should be skipping rope, these tiny beings are having to manage sanitary pads and stomach pains.
“Mom, why am I bleeding?”
Hearing this question from an 8-year-old girl broke her mother's heart… and as a doctor, my mind went numb.
If this isn't stealing childhood, then what is it?
As a pediatrician, I am telling you a very bitter truth, which will be difficult to digest:
We are not raising our children, we are fattening them. 🐔
Just as a 'broiler chicken' is prepared in 40 days by injecting it in a poultry farm, we have done something similar to our children today. This is not growth, it is swelling of the body!
Who is responsible for this?
Our 'modern' lifestyle and parents' convenience-loving mindset!
See how we are unconsciously playing with their lives: 👇
🔥 A 500 rupee pizza or the Holi of life?
While eating a 500-800 rupee pizza/burger at the mall on the weekend, you take a picture and post it on Instagram… “Family Time!”
Hey, this is not family time, this is the Holi of your children's health! This food made of rubbery flour and processed cheese is a factory of hormonal imbalance.
The more fat in the body, the more estrogen is produced. And this extra hormone sends a message to the delicate brain of that 8-year-old girl:
“Girl, your childhood is over, now you are a woman!”
🔥 Plastic container for hot food?
A steel container seems heavy and a plastic one fancy, so you are giving that to the children?
When you put steaming hot vegetables in it, the xenoestrogens present in it get mixed into the food. These chemicals go into the body and act like imposters. The body thinks it is estrogen, and the body starts to mature prematurely.
Your 'fancy' habit has disrupted the natural clock!
🔥 Milk-chicken or 'hormonal bomb'?
“Doctor, the girl is very thin, should we give her non-veg? How much milk should we give?”
Definitely feed them, but think a hundred times before giving them that broiler chicken that has been puffed up in 40 days and 'chemical' milk from a bag.
Chicken: Heavy doses of growth hormones are given to the chicken to make it grow quickly. The same hormones go into the girl's stomach. That is why nowadays girls in the fourth grade are getting facial hair. This is the first sign of PCOD!
Milk: The oxytocin injections given to cows and buffaloes for more milk send the wrong signals to your daughter's tiny uterus to "grow up" through the milk.
The things that you are feeding them thinking of them as 'protein' are actually hormonal bombs!
💉 The most terrifying truth:
If menstruation starts at this age, the bones fuse quickly and the height stops forever. What needs to be done to stop it then?
“Hormone suppression therapy!”
Just imagine…
That 8-year-old delicate flower will have to get a painful, thick injection every month for the next 3-4 years to stop her periods! 💉😭
Your beloved daughter will tremble with fear of this needle every month, and you will watch all this helplessly.
Think, parents…
10 years later when she asks you:
“Mom, Dad, why didn't you pay attention then? Were those pizzas and burgers more important than my life?”
What answer will you have?
There is still time… improve! ⚠️
✅ Throw 'white poison' (flour, sugar) out of the kitchen.
✅ Set fire to plastic containers: use only steel.
✅ Don't make children 'broilers': let them play in the dirt, let them run in the sun.
✅ Pampering doesn't mean feeding poison, stop this insensitivity now!
Don't forget after reading this article. It is your moral duty to get this information to every family group.
This step must be taken to save the childhood of our daughters.
