Respected readers: A human being cannot fulfill all their needs on their own; rather, they need means to convey their needs and their case to others; this is called "media"; nature has bestowed two natural means to convey one's message to others; one is "language" and the other is "pen". Language can convey the message to people nearby through speech, while the pen and writing can convey one's message to far and wide; the prophets also used these means; as mentioned in the Holy Quran about Hazrat Suleman (A.S.) that he gave a written invitation along with a verbal invitation to the Queen "Saba Bilqis" and a bird performed the work of "messenger"; this same "media" is now referred to as social media; progress in the universe is at its peak; every morning brings a new message of progress in its wake; and every night brings the glad tidings of unveiling a new reality; this journey of progress is also continuing with full force in the media; rather, the progress of technology is faster in this field; in ancient times, radio tape recorders were a big deal; phones and telephones were viewed with amazement and wonder; but today if someone looks at these inventions with longing, even children will laugh at them; unfortunately, due to the rapid speed of the internet, our young generation and children's minds are being continuously hit hard, their religious sentiments are being cooled down, obscenity, vulgarity and shamelessness are being promoted within them, full efforts are being made to morally corrupt them, make them mentally and physically paralyzed, they are being distanced from their loved ones; at such a time, no one can deny its need; it is obligatory on us, the young generation, to adopt its useful and positive aspects; and avoid the negative aspects; for example, instead of wrong posts, it should be used for the education and dissemination of religion and moral training; the misunderstandings about Islam should be refuted; people spread false news; we should prove the truth through it; expose the oppression of the oppressor; it is the responsibility of the parents to keep a close eye on their children; what are the children watching in it; if this happens, we can take better advantage of it; otherwise, nothing will be gained except loss; May Allah grant the ability to act.
