Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya!
ٔKhairukum man ta'allamal Qur'ana wa 'allamahu
Isi tarah Quran Kareem ki deegar ayaat is baat par sarahatan dalalat karti hain ke taleem o ta'allum aur ilm ki ahmiyat bohat ziyada hai
Taleem o ta'allum ke baab mein aur seekhne se khane ke talluq se jis tarah funn-e-taqreer aur funn-e-khitabat aik khaas zaroorat hai isi tarah funn-e-tehreer bhi aik na-guzir zaroorat hai -
Funn-e-khitabat aur funn-e-tehreer mein thoda sa farq hai
Yeh alag baat hai ke khitabat ibtida se hai aur tamam Ambiya-e-Kiram khitabat ko apne deen ki khidmat ke liye istemal karte the, lekin khitabat ka dairah mahdood hai insan aik waqt mein aik baat kehta hai lekin woh bhool jata hai un ka afada aur istifada mahdood zamane tak rehta hai aur aik nasal guzarne ke baad is ka afada aur istifada khatam ho jata hai aur phir khud baaz dafa khateeb o muqarrar ko apni baat yaad nahi rehti, lekin funn-e-tehreer ka faida yeh hai ke woh derpa aur payedar rehti hai is mein dawam aur saboot paya jata hai is liye sanjeeda aur mutafakkir aur ahl-e-ilm hazraat khitabat mein zor dene ke bajaye woh tehreer ka sahara lete hain yahi wajah hai ke Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke aur Sahaba-e-Kiram ke duniya se guzar jane ke baad logon ne uloom-e-muntashira ko jama karne ke liye qalam ka sahara liya aur tamam uloom-e-deeniya ko khwah Tafseer ho ya Usool-e-Tafseer, Hadees ho ya Usool-e-Hadees, Fiqh ho ya Usool-e-Fiqh , Ilm-ul-Kalam ho, isi tareeqe se Arabi ke silsile mein jo qawaid murattab hain, jaise Funn-e-Nahu, Funn-e-Sarf waghera yeh sab ke sab isi tehreer ka aik namuna hai,
Aaj duniya bhar ki library uloom-e-deeniya se bhari padi hain kayi lakh nahi balkeh kayi crore kitaben library mein rakhi hui hain, jo Ulama Ahl-e-Islam ne tasneef ki aur is ki tarteeb aur tabweeb ka kaam kiya -
Lekin afsos hai ke aaj logon mein tehreer seekhne ka jazba kam ho gaya hai, seekhne ke liye baaz dafa log aamada to hote hain lekin woh sahih taur par rehnumai haasil nahi kar pate aur woh yeh samajhte hain ke hamare mazameen ko hamari tehreer ko kaun padhe ga, lekin is mein koi shak nahi ke padhne wale ke liye bada sa bada mazmoon mukhtasar maloom hota hai aur na padhne walon ke liye mukhtasar sa mazmoon bhi taweel maloom hota hai, sabqa zamane se le kar ab tak bohat se log aise hain Muslim o ghair Muslim mein bhi jo do sau, paanch sau aur baaz riwayat yeh pahunchi hai ke aik hazar safhat tak kitaben padh lete hain to yeh husn-e-zauq ki alamat hoti hai jise yeh haasil ho jaye to is ke liye badi badi tehreeren bhi chhoti si maloom hoti hain aur jis ke andar padhne ka jazba na ho to is ke liye aik line ki tehreer bhi sang-e-giran maloom hota hai
Isi liye agar hum is mein koshish karen ge to yaqeenan faida hoga aur duniya ka usool hai jo koshish karta hai wohi pata hai aur jo is se peeche rehta hai woh nakaam o namurad reh kar pas-e-parda reh jata hai aur woh duniya mein asbab faraham hone ke bawajood kuch bhi haasil nahi kar pata hai,
Likhne ki wajah se padhne ka zauq bhi badhta hai
Allama Iqbal ne kaha tha!
Be mehnat-e-paiham koi jauhar nahi khulta
Roshan sharar tesha se hai khana-e-Farhad
Is duniya ke andar Shireen aur Farhad ke qisse mashhoor hain to unhon ne apni zindagi mein is tarah ki mehnatain ki aur koshishen ki girche woh kamyab nahi hue lekin rehti duniya tak ke liye un ka naam jafa kash aur mehnti logon mein shumar hai aur Allama Iqbal ne khud dusre sher ke andar yeh kaha!
Zindagani ki haqeeqat kohkan ke dil se pooch
Joo-e-sheer o tesha o sang-e-giran hai zindagi
Allah Taala hum sab ko is funn mein kamal haasil karne aur funn-e-tehreer ka malka ata farma kar, deen ki khidmat karne ki toufeeq ata farmaye Aameen
