السلام علیکم ورحمۃ اللہ وبرکاتہ
الحمدللہ رب العالمین
Our area, the Seemanchal region of the state of Bihar, is known in India as a region where simplicity, deprivation, and backwardness are prominent realities. Although the inhabitants here are pure of heart, hardworking, and loving of religion, they still suffer from many shortcomings in terms of education, economy, and society. This is why Seemanchal is often considered a backward area, and a negative image of it has been presented from various angles.
Especially our area, Araria district, needs even more attention and reform. The scarcity of scholars, the lack of religious guidance, and the absence of an organized reform system here have made the situation even more critical.
It is with regret that I have to say that the new generation is being deprived of proper guidance. The youth are falling prey to drug addiction and waywardness. Wealth is not being used properly, and mosques and madrassas are not receiving the attention they deserve.
A more painful aspect is that many of our innocent children, who deserve education in their homes and local madrassas, are forced to go out and sometimes fall into the wrong hands and become victims of troubles. This situation is not just a social problem but a serious religious and moral challenge.
It is also a fact that sometimes, in the name of religious work, fame or worldly gain prevails instead of sincerity, which not only affects the spirit of the work but also causes disrepute to the entire area. What is our responsibility in such circumstances? This question stands before our scholars.
And the answer to this must also be given by the scholars themselves. First of all, we have to reform ourselves, act on our own knowledge, revive the sense of our dignity and responsibility, then start the reform from our homes, activate our mosques, work against evils in our neighborhoods with wisdom and gentleness, connect the youth to the mosque and religion, and make strong arrangements for religious education at the local level for children. Collective effort is the only way.
This work is not within the reach of any one individual alone, but all the scholars of the area have to come together and move forward under an organized system. If our scholars come into the field with sincerity, unity, and wisdom, then, God willing, the situation can change, the youth can be reformed, and our area can gain a new identity.
I pray to Allah Almighty to grant us correct understanding, sincerity of intention, and steadfastness.
And accept us for the service of our religion and protect our area from all kinds of misguidance and waywardness. Amen, O Lord of the Worlds.
 Appeal
All people of knowledge and people of compassion are requested to become part of this reform movement and, as much as possible, advance this mission through their time, knowledge, and abilities. May Allah Almighty be your supporter and helper. Amen.
