We were disobedient to our mother, this was our own fault.
The moisture in her eyes was also our punishment.
The one who kept us close to her heart in every sorrow,
We hurt her heart, this cruelty was also our own.
It was a matter of many years ago, once I was going home with my respected father. On the way, we saw a crowd. When we went closer to the crowd, we found out that there was a fight between a father and a son.
And the words that fell into my ears were as if someone had poured molten glass into my ears.
Those words are 👇
Father: I raised you, nurtured you, made you young, spent my earnings and my life on you, and today you are fighting with me..
The son said, "Why did you even give birth to me? And if you gave birth and raised me, what favor did you do? You gave birth for your own benefit, and all parents do it. You didn't do me any favor by raising me."
Hearing his words, only one thing came to my mind: O Lord, it is better not to have children than to have such children. What must have happened to that father? He had pierced his father's heart. How much that father must have suffered from his son's words.
Just yesterday, an old woman in the neighborhood was sick. When we reached her house to inquire about her health, we saw that she was lying in a corner on a broken cot where grass was also growing.
She has five sons who live in magnificent houses, sleep peacefully on beds, and have left their mother on the grass, on a broken cot. No one is ready to take their mother. Now that the mother has raised them and made them young, got them married, they no longer need their parents. Now the mother has become a burden to them.
This is our society and the reality of our society.
Value your parents, value the elders of your house. Today you will leave them, tomorrow when they leave you forever, then you will realize. Ask those who don't have a mother about the value of a mother.
Parents don't always stay, parents leave, after them only regrets remain. You should bow your head in their obedience now so that you don't have to bow your head in shame for the rest of your life. Listen to your parents, give them time, and then see blessings in your life.
And then Allah Almighty has also commanded, right?
Translation: And your Lord has commanded that you shall worship none but Him, and that you be kind to your parents. If one or both of them reach old age in your presence, do not say "Ugh" to them, nor scold them, but speak to them with respect.
May Allah grant us all the ability to understand the importance of parents and fulfill their rights.
My every happiness, sorrow, and memory is also you.
You are in my heart, in my liver, in my breath too ❣️
