This love of weapons does not mean that a person is harsh, but rather it is a sign of their faith that they have a sense of defending truth, honor, and homeland. The shameless one is not the one who does not pick up a weapon, but the one who remains silent in the face of oppression. Not loving the pen is the darkness of intellect, because the pen is the weapon of a nation's thought, knowledge, and awakening. The pen is the sword that cuts the chains of ignorance, awakens the minds of the Ummah, and illuminates the pages of history. Therefore, the true Muslim is the one who maintains a balance between the power of the sword and the light of the pen, because the Ummah gains honor through both: it remains safe through the power of weapons and awakens through the light of the pen.
