8 Ways to Avoid the Sin of Loneliness

1. Keep your mobile phone out of the room before sleeping
2. If you are alone, keep the door open
3. Try to stay in the state of ablution 
4. When the heart goes towards sin, immediately change the place
5. Play the recitation of the Quran (even if it is just audio)
6. Ask yourself: "What if death comes now?"
7. Offer two rak'ats of Nafl prayer and ask Allah for help
8. Make friends who stop you from sin
