Eid is a festival of happiness, love, and belonging. When the moon of Eid is sighted in the sky, a wave of joy spreads everywhere. In today's modern era, as soon as the news of the moon arrives, mobile phones come into hands. On social media, people immediately put up "Eid Mubarak" statuses, send messages, and congratulate each other on Eid. Thus, the joys of Eid are no longer limited to homes but are also visible in the digital world.

On the morning of Eid, when children and young people wear new clothes, the way of expressing happiness has also changed. Now, most people take pictures in their new Eid clothes and share them on their statuses and social media. Friends and relatives congratulate them after seeing these pictures, and thus this series of joys takes on a new form. But behind these pictures and smiles, there is also a reality that we often forget, and that is the sacrifices of parents.

A father works hard for months so that his children do not feel the lack of anything on the day of Eid. Despite inflation and difficulties, he tries to keep the happiness on the faces of his children. Sometimes he ignores his own needs, but he definitely buys new clothes for his children. A smile from the children removes all his tiredness.

Similarly, the mother's love and hard work are also unparalleled. In the days before Eid, she is busy cleaning the house, preparing dishes, and fulfilling the needs of the children. Without caring for her own comfort, she takes care that every member of the household looks happy on the day of Eid. Her prayers and her affection are the real beauty of the house.

Islam also teaches respect for parents and good treatment towards them. Aqa-e-Do Jahan, Sarwar-e-Konain, Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him) has declared serving parents as a great virtue. The day of Eid reminds us that we should never forget the hard work and love of our parents hidden behind our happiness.

Although in today's digital age, the joys of Eid are also expressed on social media, the real beauty of Eid is still the same: the prayers of parents, the love of home, and those precious moments spent with loved ones. If we spend time with our parents on this Eid, thank them, and bring a smile to their faces, then surely this will be the greatest joy of Eid.
