a muscular pump that maintains blood circulation, but it is the 'Kingdom of Consciousness' where decisions of right and wrong are made. It is the sacred corner that the Creator of the universe has made the center of faith, knowledge, and divine light. The Holy Quran tells us that the height of humanity lies in the purity of this corner of the heart, because it is the mirror in which the intention of the servant and his true image are reflected.
In view of this importance, the conditions of the human heart have been divided into two clear and opposite categories in the Word of God, which determine our eternal success or failure:"
1. Favored Heart (Mahmood): Illuminated by the light of Allah
Qalb-e-Saleem (Heart of Peace): Which is free from malice, polytheism and hatred. (Al-Shu'ara: 89)
Qalb-e-Munib (Returning Heart): Which smells of the fragrance of repentance. (Qaf: 33)
Qalb-e-Mutma'in (Content Heart): Which finds peace in the remembrance of Allah. (Al-Ra'd: 28)
Qalb-e-Khashi' (Humble Heart): Which bows down in the remembrance of Allah. (Al-Hadid: 16)
Qalb-e-Wajal (Fearing Heart): Which trembles with the greatness of Allah. (Al-Anfal: 2)
2. Disliked Heart (Mazmoom): In the darkness of negligence
Qalb-e-Mareez (Sick Heart): Which has the disease of doubt and hypocrisy. (Al-Baqarah: 10)
Qalb-e-Qasi (Hard Heart): Which becomes as hard as a stone for advice. (Al-Zumar: 22)
Qalb-e-Makhtoom (Sealed Heart): On which the doors of truth have been closed. (Al-Baqarah: 7)
Qalb-e-Ghafil (Negligent Heart): Which is lost in the colors of the world. (Al-Kahf: 28)
Qalb-e-A'ma (Blind Heart): Which has lost the ability to see insight and truth. (Al-Hajj: 46)
Conclusion
If the physical heart stops beating, a person departs from the world, but if the spiritual heart (Saleem or Munib) dies, a person loses his humanity while alive. The real success is to avoid the regret of "if only" and to engage one's heart in the worship of Allah.
Prayer:
O Allah! Grant us the ability to purify our hearts at all times and save them from being condemned. (Amen)
