Muslim blood on Muslim hands - A horrifying tragedy

Today's era is one in which the Muslim Ummah is destroying itself with its own hands. The land of Sudan, which was once a symbol of peace, knowledge, and brotherhood, is unfortunately stained with Muslim blood today. The oppressed also recite La ilaha illallah, and the oppressor is also the same Kalima-reciter. This scene tears the heart apart.

Have we forgotten that verse of the Quran: وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِكُمْ رَحِيمًا (Nisa Ayat 29) - And do not kill yourselves. Indeed, Allah is ever Merciful to you?

But today, we shed the blood of our own brother and think that we have prevailed, while in reality, we have lost our faith, our honor, our humanity, everything. This is the time for us to wake up, repent, and become a balm for the wounds of the Ummah. If we do not ignite the candle of love, mercy, and unity in our hearts today, then tomorrow our turn may also come. The heart cries tears of blood whenever I see innocent Muslims being targeted by bullets after being made to suffer, and we are extremely ashamed that the oppressor is also a Muslim and the oppressed is also a Muslim. O Allah, what a tragedy is this?

I pray to Allah Almighty that He have mercy on the entire Muslim Ummah, including Sudan, unite hearts, and grant us the ability to support the oppressed, not the oppressor.

Aameen Ya Rabb al-Aalameen
