Ramadan Kareem
The blessed month of Ramadan has begun.
The state of the heart in this radiant hour of Ramadan
is such that it is as if the soul has returned to its original homeland.
A river of peace is flowing within,
and man, transcending the turmoil of the world,
remains only in the proximity of his Creator.
I am at peace. Love for Allah Almighty is inherent
in nature, but sometimes this love becomes so
intense that the world of the heart changes.
A strange intoxication descends within the soul,
as if a subtle light of peace has spread
 in the inner self!
It is not easy to put this state into words; the tongue
remains silent, but the heart constantly
speaks to its Lord. It feels as if the delicacy of divine proximity
has taken the being into its embrace,
and man, with all his insignificance, remains
in the shadow of His mercy.
This is a sign of the sweetness of faith. These are the
moments when a servant feels very close to his Lord.
Allah Almighty Himself says:
"وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ
(And when My servants ask you about Me,
 then I am near) — Qur'an

The first Ashra (ten days) of Ramadan brings the
message of the descent of divine mercy.
This Ashra is a golden opportunity for a believing servant to obtain forgiveness and closeness to Allah.
In the first Ashra, Allah Almighty opens the doors of His mercy
 to His servants.
These days are the best time for purifying hearts and renewing faith.
Blessed are those who recognize the value of this Ashra of mercy.
We should make special arrangements for worship, prayer, and seeking forgiveness in this blessed Ashra.
O Allah! Bless us with Your special mercies in this Ashra of mercy.

Ameen 🤍
