The world is the name of change and events, and changes occur in everything in it. The transfer of state is an obvious thing.
Nothing in the world remains constant because permanence and stability are not part of it -
This is proven by historical traditions, rational and textual arguments, and observations.
Countless changes have taken place in the world so far, and many changes remain.

Proof of changes from reason:

It is also accepted by reason that changes should occur because if there is no change but stagnation and permanence, then the corruption of things will be necessary. For example, if a person is in one state of childhood, youth, old age, health, prosperity, or poverty and always remains in that state, then the experience of life itself will not be transferred to others, and he will feel bored in it. Life will become unbearable, and he himself will want his state and condition to change -
In the event of not changing, if wealth, youth, physical strength, or the pillars of government fall into the hands of a tyrant, then there will be only oppression in the world, other people will be disturbed, and he will continue to create chaos. And if all these things fall into the hands of a good and righteous person who is gentle, has refinement in his temperament, and is compassionate and kind to the nation, then the common people themselves will become unbridled, fall into luxury and forget God, and wicked people will resort to rebellion, which will also be a cause of systemic corruption -

Therefore, Allah Almighty keeps changing the circumstances so that His unparalleled power may be manifested, and man may perform repentance to Allah in bad circumstances and give thanks to Allah in pleasant circumstances, and acknowledge His divinity by seeing God's blessings upon himself.

Proof of changes from verses:

He causes the night to enter the day, and He causes the day to enter the night, and He knows what is in the hearts
(Bayan-ul-Quran, Vol. 3, Surah Hadid, Verse 6)
In the verse, the coming of day and then its passing, the coming of night and its passing, the rising and setting of the sun and moon, all these are proof that change is part of here

Everyone upon it will perish
All things that exist on earth will perish

(Bayan-ul-Quran, Vol. 3, Surah Rahman, Verse 26)

And if you turn away, Allah will replace you with another people

(Bayan-ul-Quran 3 Surah Muhammad Verse 28)

All these verses indicate annihilation, and annihilation is the result of changes-
History also bears witness to the fact that good and bad times have come upon nations, sometimes prosperity and sometimes decline -

The Holy Quran has narrated the stories of the people of Aad and Thamud, the Amalekites and the Children of Israel, etc., in a very good way. It has described their strength and power, jewels and technical skills, artistic construction, and the virtues of carving mountains, but it has also described the bad consequences of not using its blessings correctly, how good conditions changed suddenly in the blink of an eye, and they were destroyed.
All the skills remained as they were, and none of them were of any use.

Even today, its signs exist in the world, which are a sign of warning for those who come later. These are historical facts that are recorded in small and large books of history, especially in Islamic history -

Proof of changes from observations:

We keep seeing that a child is born, is unconscious, and is not even able to speak, but gradually the condition changes, and he becomes able to speak. He was not able to walk. He starts walking in a year or two, then in a few years he becomes aware of profit and loss, then he reaches youth, full of strength, enthusiasm, and passion, and has the ability to revolutionize the world, then age declines, the forces become weak, diseases surround him, and he becomes lifeless, insensitive, and motionless, then a time comes when this resident leaves his house for other residents, becoming the embodiment of "the resident is gone and the house remains,"
All this is part of our observations
Therefore, it is proved by these arguments and evidence that changes are part of the world -
The status of rise and fall is the same as that of other things. Sometimes a nation gets rise, then the same nation starts to decline -
This also comes under the category of honor and humiliation, and both have God's trial and wisdom, so that he does not consider himself absolutely powerful, and the rise and fall of a nation also affects other nations of the world, and a sense of sensitivity and emotion remains permanent for them, and it becomes a part of history -

In this regard, Muslims have a long history, and their era of rise has a long story -
Justice, universal empire, equality and sympathy, financial stability, dissemination of the Book and Sunnah, divine law, care for the subjects, fear of God, compassion for nations, and chastity and purity are all immortal stories of Islamic rule -

This is actually a model of the training of the Messenger Hadi (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) because the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) had acquired all these qualities and perfections from the bosom of his training.
Such a bright story of governance is not found in history -
But; as the era of Khair-ul-Quroon moved away and the holy group of Companions said goodbye to the world and the era of the Rightly Guided Caliphs ended, people gradually began to deviate from the principles of Sharia, turn away from the message of Prophethood, and the people of politics and religion began to differentiate among themselves. The people of religion and politics separated, and unfortunately, in the Umayyad and Abbasid periods, such people began to dominate the noble position of the Sultanate who had not made any real preparations for it. Like the Rightly Guided Caliphs and many Muslims of their own time, they had not received high religious and moral training, and the moral standard was not so high as to be worthy of the leaders of the Muslim Ummah. Their minds, temperaments, and
The effects of the era of ignorance of the environment were not completely free, they had neither the spirit of Jihad nor the power of Ijtihad which is necessary for the leadership of the world and universal leadership. Apart from the Rightly Guided Caliphs and Umar bin Abdul Aziz, the general Caliphs of Banu Umayya and Banu Abbas were in the same condition, they were unaware of the Sharia rulings, since there was an Islamic government at that time, therefore, in many matters, the scholars of religion were needed, therefore, the scholars were also entrusted with the responsibility of some positions of judges, etc., and in matters of the Sultanate, they had appointed expert specialists and special advisors, and when needed, they would consult with them, and whatever advice they found useful to them, they would accept it, otherwise, they would ignore it, no matter how beneficial it was for the subjects according to the Sharia. They did not care about it. Gradually, the group of rulers and ministers became empty of religious knowledge, and they separated politics from religion -
Some scholars remained attached to the rulers and reformed politics as much as possible from a religious point of view, and some scholars separated from politics and engaged in reforming the public and the subjects -

The people of politics began to consider themselves free, then what was it? They adopted the path of luxury, indulgence, and cowardice, and the passion for war and strife, bravery and valor, and the desire for martyrdom disappeared from their hearts, so much so that they were not even in a position to maintain their government. Then other nations fell upon them like hungry wolves, and the Islamic government that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and his holy Companions had established reached the brink of collapse -
On the other hand, the Zionist and Crusader forces were also eyeing Masjid Aqsa. They got the opportunity to take revenge for the old wound. They attacked them and achieved a surprising victory and started aggressive actions of oppression and tyranny against the people of Palestine -
History tells that their knees were soaked in blood, there was no distinction between children, old men, men and women, everyone was being targeted by oppression -
A time came when the Western powers, the conspiracies of Europe, became completely dominant. They came out of spirituality and adopted only the path of materialism. They began to present everything in a material form. They demolished the wall of religion and became free from religious law. Their relationship with religion was only nominal, so much so that they did not refrain from denying God and began to adopt the religious God in a material form as well. They carved idols and placed them in front of the people and said that this is your God -
Since the foundation of the Islamic Sultanate was based on materialism and spirituality, and their foundation was only materialism, differences began between the two -
The Islamic Sultanate was to decline, so battles against Islam began, as a result of which the Islamic Sultanate ended
Now wherever there was an Islamic government, rather, let us say wherever there was a Muslim government, they surrendered to the feet of those Jews and Christians themselves in order to save their government, began to follow them, began to consider them as their masters, and even the cries of oppression and tyranny did not affect their ears -

But; from time to time, resolute personalities continued to emerge against this oppression, and personalities like Salahuddin Ayyubi emerged against oppression, who challenged falsehood and also got victory and help, but then history turned around and they became completely dominant -
Muslims had become morally and spiritually ill, and the wealth of courage had diminished, as a result of which their religious zeal gave way -
Then they started spewing poison against Islam and Muslims, which tarnished the image of Muslims all over the world and turned peace-loving people into extremists -
Today, the result is that organized conspiracies are being hatched against Muslims all over the world, and efforts are being made at the global level to destroy the strong fortresses of Islam -
Western powers are fully prepared to erase Islamic civilization and culture from the map of the world -
This result is not of one or two days but of centuries of hard work and dedication that we are seeing today -
This was the reason for the rise and fall of Islamic Sultanates, and this was the story of the rise and fall of Muslims,
You can see its effect in two angles -
When Muslims were in power, all the oppressed of the world, without discrimination, expected help from Islam, and in today's decline, all the oppressed are feeling orphaned because Muslims are conquered, and the oppressed people of the whole world are suffering the punishment for it
Its expectation is a clear and just proof of Islam that Islam always stands with the oppressed -
The book "The Impact of the Rise and Fall of Muslims on the Human World" by Hazrat Maulana Abul Hasan Ali Miyan Nadwi (may Allah have mercy on him) is on the same topic,
In it, what were the conditions of the people before Islam, what moral evils and diseases they were suffering from, and what was the religious discrimination, what problems people had due to lineage, then how the course of events changed after the advent of Islam,
In Hinduism, due to mutual discrimination, the relationship between Brahmins and Dalits of untouchability and untouchability, the humiliation of Dalits by Brahmins, and their losses are described, then other nations are mentioned, the secrets of Jews and Christians are revealed, the immorality of Europe and its hidden conspiracies are described, Islamic values and traditions, the stability of justice and fairness, and the care of the subjects are mentioned,
How Islamic Sultanates came to rise and what was the shortcoming due to which the Islamic Sultanate declined, all these have been described in the best way in this book -

When this book was published, it was accepted with open arms. It was translated into 5 different languages. Several editions were published in each language
It came to the public in Arabic, Urdu, Persian, Turkish and in many languages with different names.
This is the twelfth edition in Urdu. The personality of the author of the book is not in need of introduction in Arab and non-Arab countries. His personality is accepted and recognized among the people of knowledge and pen -

It is a very excellent book. After studying this book, you will feel that the Muslim rulers' own luxury and indulgence played a major role in the decline of the Islamic Sultanate -

The achievements of Hazrat Maulana Abul Hasan Ali Nadwi (may Allah have mercy on him) are remembered, and the book written by him is read all over the world, and we are well aware of the power of his language and expression -

This writer has been reading many scattered writings of the author (may Allah have mercy on him), but for the first time, he has studied this book in detail among his writings -
Alhamdulillah, I was blessed to read this book. This book consists of 374 pages, which is full of comprehensiveness in terms of its title -

This writer believes that if Muslims in general, and Muslim political leaders in particular, read this book, then InshaAllah, it will help them in further political awareness, and they will be able to do something in this regard in the future -

May Allah Almighty grant us all salvation from moral evils and grant us the ability to adopt Islamic civilization and culture in such a way as the holy group of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had adopted, then InshaAllah, that era will come in which no one will be oppressed on this earth and justice and fairness will prevail -
