Headache is a common but painful problem that almost every person faces at some point in their life. Sometimes it is mild and resolves with rest, but sometimes it becomes so severe that even everyday tasks seem difficult.
Causes of Headache
There can be many causes of headache, including:
Stress and tension
Lack of sleep
Drinking less water
Excessive use of eyes (mobile, computer)
Bright light or noise
High blood pressure
Migraine
Sometimes staying hungry or not eating on time also causes headaches.
Types of Headaches
Common Headache (Tension Headache):
This is the most common type, caused by stress or fatigue.
Migraine:
It involves severe pain in one part of the head, nausea or sensitivity to light may also occur.
Cluster Headache:
It is less common but causes very severe pain, especially around the eye.
Headache Solution
Fortunately, most headaches are cured with home precautions and simple measures.
✔️ Get adequate sleep (at least 7–8 hours)
✔️ Drink plenty of water daily
✔️ Limit the use of mobile and computer
✔️ Rest your eyes
✔️ Do light exercise or walk
✔️ Gently massage the head and neck
✔️ Use a hot or cold compress
If the pain is recurring or very severe, be sure to consult a doctor, as it may be a symptom of a major illness.
Prevention is better
