👍🏻 Assalam-o-Alaikum my fellows ✨

Hope you all are well and safe
=============================
Today, when I picked up the pen to write this essay, I had no grand claim in mind, nor the thought of displaying words. There was only one question in my heart: have we limited writing to just praise and marks? I wrote this essay without any specific preparation, neither opened a dictionary nor searched for difficult words, whatever I felt came onto the pen. I didn't stop myself nor did I interrupt, because I was sure that if the matter is true, even simple words have an effect. This essay is actually a feeling, for all those who write and sometimes doubt themselves, and also a reminder for me that writing is not just a hobby but can also be a responsibility and worship if the intention is pure. I am grateful to Sada-e-Qalam, which gives recognition to new writers and gives space to those pens that are still on the journey but keep the direction correct. This is a part of my learning effort, and if this essay reaches even one heart, I will consider my pen successful.

The Story of an Essay Writing - Encouragement for Pen Holders

In a small madrassa, where the fragrance of books permeated the walls, an elderly Mufti Sahib used to give the students a strange task every Thursday. Neither questions and answers, nor memorization—just said:
"Today you all will talk with the pen."

The students were surprised. Pen? Even in an era when speaking seems easy and writing seems difficult?
Mufti Sahib smiled and said:
"The words that come out of the tongue are often lost in the air, but the words that come out of the pen become the guidance of generations."

One day a student dared to say:
"Hazrat! What will change from our writing? We are such small people."

Mufti Sahib closed the book, raised his eyes and said softly:
"Son, great revolutions in history have come from essays, not slogans. A true essay, a word that comes from a true heart, changes the thinking of one person—and that is enough."

Then he took out an old copy. In it was a simple essay, the language common, but the pain true. He said:
"This essay was written by a weak student. The teacher encouraged him, just said: 'Keep writing.' Today, the same student awakens hope in the hearts of people."

Something awakened in the hearts of the students. That day the pen did not feel like a burden, it felt like a trust.
Someone wrote on society, someone on faith, someone on truth.
Mufti Sahib used to say the same sentence at the end of every essay:
"If the word is right, the writer also becomes exalted."

That was the day when the students understood that essay writing is not just a question of examination, it is a service to the Ummah.
And encouragement?
That is the light that turns an ordinary pen into a lamp.

Lesson:
Don't stop the one who writes.
Don't interrupt the one who is learning.
One day this pen will change the direction of the era.
