Father: Son, they sit there so that they can write down people's good deeds and bad deeds.
Son: Abu, do they sit on my shoulders too?
Father: Yes son, they sit on your shoulders too.
Son: Abu, why do they write down the bad deeds of children when children are innocent?
Father: My son, they sit there so that the reward for the good deeds you do is also given to your mother and father.
And when you make a mistake and do bad things, they don't write it down because you are innocent, they tell your mother or father.
That's why I hit you for your wrongdoings so that you don't do those things again when you grow up.
