Young People: The Capital of the Nation and the Standard-Bearers of Islam

No sensible person can be unaware of the fact that youth is the essence of life. The strength of youth, the time of youth, the emotions of youth, and the ambitions of youth hold a prominent position compared to other stages of life. This is why both the people of the world and the people of religion have made the aspirations of young people the focus and field of their efforts. History is witness to the fact that when these young people rose up, they overturned the thrones of even the most peaceful governments in the blink of an eye.

When the scattered power of the young Companions (Sahaba) - may Allah be pleased with them - gathered on the platform of Tawhid (Oneness of God), the empires of Caesar and Khosrau were shattered. The polytheists of Mecca and the powerful Quraish, who were not ready to bow down to any power, knelt before the pure and virtuous, selfless embodiments of truth and loyalty, and paragons of generosity and benevolence.

How many soldiers of "Hizb al-Nabi" (the Party of the Prophet) were barely stepping into their prime youth when suddenly the call to the battlefield sounded, and they went to the front lines with their entire life savings. Some of them had only spent one night after their marriage, but because their abilities had found the right direction, and the purifying gaze of Prophethood had pierced their earthly bodies and found its place within their hearts, in a very short time, a handful of young people accomplished remarkable feats that are not only a bright chapter in the history of Islam but also in the history of humanity.

After the passing away of the Prophet (peace be upon him) from this world, when the golden era of the Rashidun Caliphate began, the credit for spreading the carpet of Islam to the four corners of the world goes to these very young Companions (Sahaba) - may Allah be pleased with them - and their successors (Tabi'in) - may Allah have mercy on them. Where can we stop counting!!! There is a continuous stream of heroes of Tawhid who were ready to die for the honor of Islam, through whose hands Allah Almighty has taken the precious service of "spreading Islam" as well as "protecting Islam" in every era.

If youth is sacrificed to negligence and desires, it is destruction,
and if it is put on the path of faith and action, then this very youth changes the world.
Today, the Ummah (Muslim community) needs the same character-driven, faithful, and courageous young people again
who dedicate their youth to the religion of their Lord,
connect their dreams to the pain of the Ummah,
and use their strength to elevate the message of "La ilaha illa Allah" (There is no god but Allah).

O youth! Arise,
the sparkle in your eyes is the hope of the Ummah,
your determination is the future of Islam,
and your youth is the most precious trust of the religion of your Lord.
