Speaking to someone harshly and aggressively, scolding them, rebuking them, taunting them in any way is called verbal abuse, like shooting arrows of words.

Verbal abuse is like an arrow, the wound of which is very deep. The wound of a sword heals, but the sorrow given through verbal abuse does not heal so quickly... Therefore, before shooting an arrow at someone, take a moment to think, if the direction of these arrows of words was towards you, how much would it affect you.....

Remember, it is also among the rights of people that a person should speak softly to another person and should not cause him any pain in any way with his tongue and hands. The last Prophet of Allah Almighty (peace be upon him) said.....

A Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand other Muslims are safe.....

Softness wins hearts, whether it is in conversation or in dealings....
Softness is the recipe for winning hearts. (This is the reason why people go to the market to buy goods, even though their desired item is available in many shops, but they prefer to buy from the shop whose behavior or way of talking is good).

In the Hadith, Allah Almighty have mercy on him   that   when he sells, he does so with gentleness, when he buys, he does so, and when he demands, he also does so with gentleness....... Therefore, everyone should adopt gentleness in speaking, especially the one who invites to good, unless the Sharia makes it obligatory, the style of inviting to good should be gentle. An invitation to good given in a gentle and loving ♥   manner is more effective than a harsh and scolding manner.................

There is a famous saying........The chilies 🌶   of a sweet-tongued person are also sold, but the honey 🍯 of a bitter-tongued person is not sold..........
