The facility of communication on social media has made the path of relationships easier. Here, every party, except for fear of God and accountability in the afterlife, cannot be saved from any kind of monitoring, strictness, and restriction. And creating these qualities is the best solution. Lengthy conversations with someone, playing with someone's feelings, passing the time, girls expressing themselves in their DP to attract attention, all these efforts create meanness in a person's inner self. Open and hidden conversations with the opposite gender on social media are a sign of being heedless of accountability before Allah and the thought that God is watching everywhere. Here, the advice of Hazrat Luqman (peace be upon him) becomes more apparent: "O my son! If an action is equal to a mustard seed (then do not consider it insignificant, that action) is in a stone or in the heavens or in the earth (hidden in the depths of the earth), Allah will reveal it, indeed Allah is All-Subtle, All-Aware."
The very concept of considering evil as evil in open and hidden can save an individual. The need is to respond to every open and hidden conspiracy of false forces with a system of training our generations. The system of training is accomplished as a result of individual and collective efforts. As an individual effort, we should nurture the awareness of Islamic values and divine commands in our families. Not only should we worry about saving our homes, but also take steps to protect society. Our individual efforts and home training should not make us indifferent to society and the community, because when a fire is burning outside, how long will our doorstep remain safe? Therefore, we seek refuge in Allah from becoming spectators!
