Consultation with Mufti Nasiruddin Mazahiri
3rd Muharram al-Haram 1447 AH. On Sunday, after the Isha prayer, I went to Hazrat Maulana Mufti Muhammad Nasir Mazahiri, may Allah protect him, the editor of Aina-e-Mazahir Uloom Waqf Saharanpur. We exchanged greetings, and after a brief conversation, I said, "Sir, we, the 'Students of the Mewat Region, Mazahir Uloom (Waqf) Saharanpur,' want to publish a wall magazine." Hearing this, Hazrat Mufti Sahib was very happy and said, "Very good, very good, you have made my work easier." It seemed that it was Mufti Sahib's long-standing wish that the students should publish a wall magazine, which can be well judged from the fact that I should have said "Jazakum Allah" in support of Mufti Sahib, which I did say; but Mufti Sahib himself had given the prayer through these words before me.
Meeting of Students of the Mewat Region
The next day, i.e., 4th Muharram al-Haram, on Monday, after the Isha prayer, at 10:15 (quarter past ten), I requested all the students of the Mewat region to gather in Dar al-Tafsir, in which, by the grace of Allah, almost all the Mewati students participated. After a brief introduction, I came to the main topic and, as a suggestion, put the matter of the wall magazine before them, on which all the companions expressed great happiness. They strengthened the insignificant's opinion with firm determination, strong resolve, and verbal support. At about 11 o'clock, our consultation came to completion with safety and well-being.
Application for Wall Magazine in the Office of Management
Then, the next day, on 5th Muharram al-Haram, on Tuesday, after the second period, I wrote a short application in the name of Hazrat Nazim Sahib and then presented it to Mufti Nasiruddin Mazahiri Sahib for correction.
Text of the application:
Makhdoomna al-Mukarram wa Mutawwana al-Muazzam Hazrat Nazim Sahib Damat Barakatuhum al-Aaliya
Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
Amma Ba'ad: With utmost respect, it is submitted to Hazrat Nazim Sahib that first of all, we, all the students of the Mewat region, are extremely grateful to you for providing us with the opportunity to quench our academic thirst under your patronage in Jamia Mazahir Uloom Waqf Saharanpur. Secondly, we are desirous of publishing a monthly (wall magazine) to strengthen our writing skills under your shadow and under your supervision. We hope, rather we have complete confidence, that you will honor this humble request of ours with acceptance through your special grace. Jazakum Allahu Khairan Kathira wa Ahsan al-Jaza

Mufti Nasiruddin Mazahiri Sahib, after seeing the application, said: "It is absolutely correct, it is a very good article, it is written very well." The insignificant was very happy with such sentences and received heartfelt satisfaction. After that, Mufti Sahib wrote the following words on it:
Hazrat Wala!
"Hazrat Nazim Sahib (Maulana Muhammad Saeedi Noor Allah Marqaduhu) had formally issued an order to Anjuman Hidayat al-Rashid for wall magazines, it is hoped that he will show special favor."
Nasiruddin Mazahiri
5th Muharram al-Haram 1447 AH.
Hazrat Mufti Nasiruddin Mazahiri handed over the application to me after writing these supportive words on it and asked me to go to Hazrat Nazim Sahib. I took the application and went to Naib Nazim Mufti Muhammad Badran Saeedi Sahib (at that time Hazrat Mufti Sahib was only Naib Nazim, several months later on 5th Jamadi al-Awwal 1447 AH, corresponding to 28th October 2025 AD, on Tuesday, a meeting of the Shura was held in Mazahir Uloom Waqf Saharanpur, in which Mufti Muhammad Badran Saeedi was formally appointed to the post of Nazim-e-Aala). Nazim Sahib sent me away after a while and asked me to come again after a short break. In compliance with the order, I went to Mufti Muhammad Badran Sahib again after Zuhr. First, Mufti Muhammad Badran Sahib called Maulana Muhammad Ghayur Sahib (Ustad Mazahir Uloom Waqf Saharanpur) and after consulting with him for a long time regarding this application, he sent me away and asked me to come the next day, i.e., on Wednesday evening.
Now, the next day, on 6th Muharram al-Haram, on Wednesday, I was present again in the evening hours, so now Mufti Muhammad Badran Sahib asked a few questions:
Where have you studied before?
Darul Uloom Deoband.
Did you publish a magazine there?
Yes.
Who used to check the articles?
For two years I was the editor, so this responsibility was also related to me, the rest of the half-yearly or annual articles were checked by a teacher.
Did you have to take permission like this there?
No! Because this system is already in place there.
Have you searched for a suitable place for the magazine?
No, I haven't seen any such place yet.
Mufti Nasiruddin Sahib must be sitting here, go and call him!
Yes, Mufti Nasiruddin Sahib has probably left, he is not here.
Okay, come tomorrow morning, Insha Allah Ta'ala, we will do it in the morning, we have to consult a little now.

Permission for Wall Magazine
Alhamdulillah, today, the sun of 7th Muharram al-Haram, Thursday, also rose, which was carrying happiness in its lap, hiding the completion of a big and important desire, waiting to put into practice my biggest wish after coming to Mazahir Uloom Waqf Saharanpur. Today, again, as per the order, after the Zuhr prayer, I went to Mufti Muhammad Badran Saeedi Sahib, the selected Naib Nazim of Mazahir Uloom (Waqf) Saharanpur, so Hazrat Nazim Sahib immediately returned the application I had submitted, on which first the endorsement of Mufti Nasiruddin Sahib was written and then it was written "Permission is granted to publish the magazine under the supervision of Janab Mufti Nasiruddin Sahib" and I, with heartfelt gratitude to God and praying for the welfare of Nazim Sahib from my tongue, came back with this application and Alhamdulillah Thumma Alhamdulillah, thus my dream turned into reality.
