Ulema (religious scholars) are so careful in issuing fatwas (religious edicts)!

One of our brothers asked Sheikh Abdul Muhsin Al-Abbad (may Allah protect him):
Let me tell you that the Sheikh is the greatest Muhaddith (scholar of Hadith) in Madinah Tayyiba at this time, and for 38 years he has been teaching Hadith to the public, as well as to the Ulema, in Masjid Nabawi, Madinah University, and various other places in Madinah Tayyiba. He asked him: Sheikh, tell me, my wife is 5 months pregnant and the doctor is saying to abort the pregnancy due to her weakness... Is this permissible?

The Sheikh said: La Adri.... I do not know.... The questioner was very surprised that such a great Sheikh is saying... that I do not know..
The next day, he asked the same question again with a change of words, and the Sheikh said again... La Adri... Now he was even more surprised...
On the third day, he asked again... and the Sheikh gave the same answer...
Now he could not bear it anymore, he burst out and said: Sheikh! Why don't you answer me???

The Sheikh said that
I cannot bear its burden on the Day of Judgment, that is why I am not answering.

If I stop the abortion and the woman dies because she does not have the strength, then the blood of that woman is on my neck.
And if I say to abort the pregnancy, then the blood of that child is on my neck.

Where do I have the strength to... carry their blood on my neck along with my sins on the Day of Judgment.

You see! How careful they are in issuing fatwas, such great Muhaddithin Kiraam (respected scholars of Hadith) and Muftiyan Ezaam (great Muftis)...

And while we have a plethora of Facebook and WhatsApp Muftiyan Kiraam (respected Muftis)...

Haste and boldness in issuing fatwas is the way of the ignorant.
And not only haste, but also a desperate attempt to impose one's opinion on others... and another fatwa is ready for those who do not agree...

While the Ulema of Haqq (truth) are very careful... Allah Rabb-ul-Izzat (Lord of Majesty) has truly said...
"Indeed, it is [none but] the knowledgeable among His servants who fear Allah." (Al-Quran)
