1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Sada e Qalam, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
- Minimum age: 18 years, or parental consent if younger.
- Writers must provide accurate profile details.
- Readers and Writers must create an account with valid email and password.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must provide correct and current information at registration.
- One person = one account, unless we approve otherwise.
4. User-Generated Content
- Ownership: Writers retain copyright over their articles.
- License: By publishing, you grant SGEmplus Global LLP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within Sada e Qalam.
- Prohibited Content: Defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, misleading, spam, extremist, or unlawful content.
5. Moderation
We may review, hide, or remove content violating law or policies.
Repeat violators may face suspension or termination.
6. Copyright
Writers must upload only original work.
Copyright complaints handled via our Copyright Policy.
7. Grievances
Grievance Officer: Nazima Irfan Shaikh
Complaints acknowledged within 24 hours, resolved within 15 days.
8. Disclaimer
SGEmplus Global LLP acts as an intermediary under IT Act §79.
We do not endorse user content.
9. Termination
- Users may delete their accounts anytime.
- We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations.
10. Governing Law
Governed by laws of India.
